Program Management

Reporting to General Management, the Program Manager is responsible for:

  • ensuring that the company meets its commitments in terms of performance, quality and delivery;
  • holding contract and program reviews;
  • managing customer, subcontractor and partner interfaces;
  • documentary and configuration management;
  • risk management;
  • economic governance. 

To carry out these tasks, he is assisted by:

  • a Technical and Engineering Manager in charge of all design tasks,
  • a Program Production Manager who pilots the manufacturing team, Industrial Methods, Quality, Supply Chain, Workshops.
